Role overview
Join a driven team of Project Managers to ensure we make every project more efficient and enjoyable for all the stakeholders. Being a project manager at Osedea means wearing many hats, making sure that different expertise on the projects are set up for success. This means you will have a broad understanding in UX/UI, Dev, QA and BA. You’ll have the opportunity to constantly challenge and review our existing processes and sync with different technical experts to iterate on improvements. In addition, there is a strong collaboration with the sales team to ensure the client sees the added value of our technical expertise. This role is ideal for individuals that want variety in their work and a strong sense of accomplishment.
Your key responsibilities
- Managing the client relation, report to client on important updates, confirm requirements and create project plans
- Coordinating with design and dev teams to generate the best solutions possibles for clients, while identifying and solving bottlenecks in different projects
- Manage budgets
- Collaborate with PMO to lead improvement of company processes with existing team
The ideal candidate
- 5+ years of professional project management experience, managing multiple complex projects in a software development environment
- Driven by a self-imposed sense of urgency and able to define risk assessment strategy
- Able to manage different kinds of expertise fields (UX/UI, BA, Dev, QA, etc.) and understand their challenges to reach the project objectives.
- Able to take a product owner role to help our client to strategize on the solutions
- Technical aptitude - understanding APIs, code, flows
- Experience in an Agile environment
- Is bilingual (French and English)
