Position Summary:
We’re looking for a detail driven Web Operations Specialist to support the intake, tracking, QA, and execution of web development and analytics initiatives across our marketing team. This is a great role for someone with 1–3 years of experience who is confident working with developers, understands how tracking and SEO fit into web projects, and thrives in a fast-moving, detail-heavy environment.
You’ll work closely with our internal marketing and design teams, our SEO specialist, and an external development agency. Your job is to keep everyone aligned, make sure updates are executed accurately, and ensure our site, web forms and tracking infrastructure stay clean, functional, and optimized.
Key Responsibilities:
· Manage website and analytics ticketing system in our project management tool, including intake, prioritization, and updates
· Track progress against our website development roadmap and help ensure deadlines are met
· Collaborate with developers on site builds and updates using WordPress, including projects involving custom post types, taxonomies, shortcodes, and plugins
· QA staging and production environments to ensure accuracy, functionality, tracking, and SEO implementation
· Review technical deliverables with enough fluency to spot gaps and escalate issues appropriately
· Collaborate with designers, marketers, and SEO specialists to keep all website efforts aligned and on brand
· Monitor, flag and help resolve basic SEO issues (like metadata, redirects, broken links, or indexation problems)
· Monitor analytics implementation and tagging across GTM and GA4
Qualifications:
· Bachelor’s degree
· 1 to 3 years of experience in a digital project coordination, web operations, project management or similar role
· Hands-on experience with WordPress - comfortable reviewing page structures, plugins, and general CMS organization
· Familiar with:
· Google Tag Manager & GA4
· Monday.com or similar project management tools
· Figma (for reviewing layouts and specs)
· Understanding of basic SEO principles (meta tags, indexing, redirects, sitemaps, etc.)
· Strong QA mindset and a sharp eye for inconsistencies, broken flows, or tagging issues
· Excellent communicator, able to bridge the gap between technical teams and non-technical stakeholders
· Bonus if you’re familiar with any of the following:
· HTML, CSS, or JavaScript
· Custom Post Types and Taxonomies
· Shortcodes and plugin functionality
