Job Summary:
We’re looking for a hands-on, detail-oriented HR Generalist to support core HR operations and full-cycle recruiting. Reporting to the HR Specialist, this role will serve as a key partner in both day-to-day people operations and talent acquisition. The ideal candidate brings 3+ years of HR experience and is ready to contribute to a growing team in a fast-paced environment.
Key Responsibilities:
HR Operations:
· Partner with the HR Specialist to provide consistent support and guidance to employees and managers
· Act as a point of contact for employee questions on policies, benefits, and HR procedures
· Own administrative processes including onboarding, offboarding, HRIS data management, and employee changes
· Maintain up-to-date and compliant employee records in the HRIS
· Support leave of absence and benefits administration
· Help coordinate and track performance reviews, training sessions, and employee engagement initiatives
· Contribute to policy updates, process improvements, and internal HR documentation
· Generate HR reports and assist in data analysis to support strategic decision-making
Recruiting & Talent Acquisition:
· Partner with hiring managers to understand hiring needs and role requirements
· Post and manage job openings across relevant job boards and platforms
· Screen resumes, conduct phone screens, and coordinate interviews
· Provide a strong candidate experience through timely and professional communication
· Maintain applicant tracking systems and recruiting dashboards
· Support offer and pre-employment processes, including background checks and documentation
· Help improve recruiting processes and drive employer branding initiatives in partnership with the HR Specialist

Qualifications:
· Bachelor’s degree in human resources, psychology, or related field
· 3+ years of HR experience with exposure to both HR operations and recruiting
· Familiarity with employment law and HR best practices
· Experience with HRIS (e.g., BambooHR, Paylocity, ADP) and applicant tracking systems (e.g., Greenhouse, Lever, or similar)
· Excellent communication, interpersonal, and organizational skills
· Ability to manage multiple priorities with accuracy and discretion
Preferred Qualifications:
· Previous experience in full-cycle recruiting
· Exposure to learning and development, or change management initiatives
· Experience working in a startup or high-growth environment

$52,000 - $64,000 a year
