The role of the 3PL Manager operates as an onsite Ouster presence with in the EMEA 3PL Warehouse.

The person will:

    • Partner closely with Sales, Sales Operations and 3PL Warehouse supplier to effectively manage 3PL
    • Operations for customer shipments to EMEA Region
    • Work cross-functionally with other teams at Ouster to ensure a quality experience to Ouster customers.
    • Manage effectively and independently day-to-day 3PL Operations including but not limited to: Inventory
    • management, inbound Receiving, Order Fulfillment, Reverse logistics and Trade compliance in the EMEA
    • Region.
    • Administer Import Licenses, Article 23 for Netherlands and others as needed and defined.
    • Train Warehouse personnel on the proper handling and Processing of ouster Lidar configuration and
    • ensure all quality standards are met.
    • Oversee Logistics Operations; directly managing the 3PL that services EMEA market.
    • Ensure Receiving, Shipping OTD and Inventory accuracy is maintained to a high standard.
    • Ensure logistics teams are equipped with the tools and information to perform their jobs consistent with
    • departmental standards of operation.
