The candidate must be very detail-oriented, highly motivated, team player with a strong sense of urgency and be comfortable working in a fast-paced environment where changing priorities may occur frequently based on operational needs. 

Responsibilities:

    • Prepare, record and reconcile GL accounts relating to payroll, accruals, leases, debt, and all other accounts assigned.
    • Prepare, record and reconcile accounts relating to contract assets, liabilities, and all otheraccounts assigned pursuant to ASC 606
    • Support the US GL and revenue accounting team with ad-hoc reporting and analyses
    • Research variances for all assigned accounts and prepare adjusting entries as needed.
    • Review financial reports for completeness and accuracy and perform balance sheet flux analysis.
    • Prepare, review and support the quarterly reviews/ year-end audit with external auditors
    • Prepare ad-hoc analysis and special projects as the need arises

Must Have:

    • Technical knowledge and practical knowledge of revenue recognition standard ASC 606

Qualifications & Skills:

    • BA/BS in Accounting or Finance, CPA is a plus
    • 3+ years of relevant work experience
    • 2+ years of public accounting experience preferred (Big 4 or large national firm)
    • Strong knowledge of US GAAP, internal controls and financial reporting
    • Excellent communication, organization, project management and leadership skills
    • Experience with Netsuite a plus
