Outlast is a recycling marketplace for the world’s most valuable materials. We partner with major industrials to source and/or sell recycled materials in integrated, mission- and economic-aligned relationships.

Responsibilities
- Exceed ambitious quarterly and annual sales targets.
- Execute cold calling campaigns to call lists (enhancing call lists where necessary).
- Qualify leads and build relationships with prospective customers leveraging senior management / CEO where necessary to advance and close. Prepare senior management, as necessary, for these meetings by providing detailed background information and strategic talking points.
- Demonstrate the features and benefits of the Outlast platform to prospective customers tailoring presentations to address the specific needs and pain points of each prospect.
- Orchestrate client and internal teams to collaboratively build joint vision roadmaps outlining the value we deliver and the investments needed by the customer.
- Close partnerships to achieve ambitious quarterly and annual sales targets.
- Build out an account penetration model providing multi-angle access into prospects.
- Collaborate with the product team to stay updated on the latest features and enhancements of the platform. Provide proactive, trusted thought leadership to prospects and customers.
- Accurately forecast sales performance.
- Maintain the system of record in Copper CRM
Requirements
- 10+ years of experience developing industrial and manufacturing accounts; scrap industry experience is a bonus.
- Proven track record in past sales roles of creating top-of-funnel, qualifying leads, and closing enterprise accounts.
- Strong verbal and written communication skills.
- Self-starter with a “roll-up your sleeves” mentality and a bias for action.
- Entrepreneurial drive, discipline, and a willingness to learn.
- Ability to perform under pressure and meet deadlines.
- High comfort level with desktop software and mobile apps.
- Alignment with Outlast’s core values.
- Bachelor's Degree.
