Sales – Account Executives
The Role

Your job is to bring the right players to the table, uncover their pains, and drive the value of our solution to close deals. Sales teams are sick. Outreach is the medicine. You need to believe that every salesperson on earth would benefit from Outreach. Nothing can stop you from getting our medication to the sick. We run a tight ship with an ever-improving process. Your input is needed to help us continue to get better. You’ll work with a team of people to penetrate accounts and make sure your prospects get the results needed to become excited customers.

Your Daily Adventures Will Include

    • Expert level pipeline management
    • Take discovery calls set up by a Sales Development Rep and turn them into pipeline
    • Guide deals through our sales process
    • Unearth, collect, and maintain the data needed for effective forecasting
    • Experienced with pipeline generation 
    • Build trust and legitimacy with prospects
    • Discover pains and connect them to the values of our solution
    • Find the right people, timelines, and initiatives to make deals easy to close
    • Work with SDRs and pre-sales Solution Consultants to close deals
    • Add to the tribal knowledge of the sales org
    • Contribute to the Product, Marketing, Success, and other teams to make Outreach a better company

Basic Qualifications

    • Work ethic misunderstood by the normal employee - you look to be superhuman in the tasks you take on and speed at which you knock them out
    • Audible ready - all deals are unique. Will you look at the field of play and know what play to run and execute?
    • Data-driven - you can “back of the napkin” it with the best, then go home and build a spreadsheet that brings understanding to any person doubting your strategy and decisions
    • A true seller - you’ve honed your craft. You believe what you believe about sales because it has brought you success, but unafraid to experiment, you are still on the lookout for the thing that can make you even better
    • 2-4 years experience selling a SaaS product 
    • Proven record of success with developing prospecting lists
    • Knowledge of legal, procurement, and security processes
