The Role
As our PBP Coordinator, you’ll work closely with a team of People Business Partners to help implement and scale People programs that drive employee experience, performance, and engagement. You’ll help to manage workflows across the employee lifecycle, provide administrative support for People programs, and ensure we’re running smoothly behind the scenes.
This role is ideal for someone looking to learn the ropes of strategic HR by supporting a team of advisors embedded across the business.
Location: We're looking to hire this role hybrid in Seattle or Atlanta, however we're also open to remote within the US.
Your Daily Adventures Will Include
- Support the execution of the performance review process as well as other performance management processes (including helping PBPs to run the calibration meetings), retention agreements, separation agreements, engagement survey data, performance review calibration sessions, and general administrative support for the PBP team as needed
- Help with the administration of internal recognition and rewards programs that PBPs support (Award.co and spot bonuses)
- Own and update the PBP team intranet site, Manager Toolkit site and various other intranet sites
- Prepare data and materials for employee relations meetings, leadership coaching, and planning sessions. Take notes during investigation meetings that a PBP will run
- Assist Recruitment and PBPs with the employee lifecycle including internal transitions, promotions, and offboarding workflows in Workday
- Coordinate documentation and system updates in partnership with PBPs and People Ops
- Work with the HR Ops team to pull reports and data to help PBPs analyze people metrics, including attrition, engagement, talent movement, and performance trends.
- Manage scheduling, communications, and light project management for cross-functional people initiatives
- Triage and escalate requests appropriately to the PBP team
- Maintain shared resources, trackers, and templates used by PBPs across the org
- Help to support the DEI Council and Board, including ERG initiatives and programs
- Other duties as assigned
Our Vision Of You
- 1+ years of experience in HR, People Ops, Recruiting Coordination, or similar.
- Previous work experience in a startup technical environment
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
- Comfort with ambiguity and a bias toward action
- Experience with HRIS systems, Workday is a big plus
- Desire to grow within the PBP career path
- Passion for creating inclusive, human-centered workplaces.
$50,000 - $75,000 a year
The annual base salary range for this role is $50,000-$75,000 USD. You may also be offered incentive compensation, bonus, restricted stock units, and benefits. Actual compensation is based on factors such as the candidate's skills, qualifications, and experience. We also have a location-based compensation structure; there may be a different range for candidates in other locations. This is a non-exempt role, and as such is eligible for overtime pay in accordance with federal and applicable state laws. This role requires consistent and accurate logging of hours in our HRIS system.
