Director of Product Design

Seattle, WA
Product – Product Design
The Role

Here at Outreach, we are investing a lot of time and passion in creating an incredible experience for the end user. With two of our founders coming from a design background, investing in intuitive user interface and delightful experience while also solving core business problems is crucial to our success.
We have built out an application that is a level of design quality head and shoulders above our competitors, and most of the SaaS industry – but to go where we need to go, product design is a core element of our strategy and we need a leader to define the path.
Today, we have a design team of 3 UX and UI designers and one user researcher passionate about creating intuitive, simple experiences for our users. We are looking for a manager and a leader who can help define processes that make us successful within the team, and between teams.
As Director of Product Design at Outreach, you’ll be an integral part of a company that is still relatively small, but rapidly growing to something much bigger. You’ll define and drive the future of our design, identify and set product strategy, envision complex UX ecosystems and inspire teams to push the boundaries of what’s possible. You possess a clear vision of the future of user experience and have the courage to pursue forward-thinking design.
