This hands-on role will work closely with our U.S. corporate finance and accounting teams and play an integral part in overseeing daily revenue operations, leading month-end close activities, reviewing contracts for ASC 606 compliance, and identifying opportunities for automation and process improvement. The Revenue Accounting Manager will collaborate cross-functionally with teams across Billing, Collections, System Administration, Provisioning, and Order Management to ensure timely and accurate revenue recognition for our subscription, professional services, and consumption-based products in Zuora, RevPro, and NetSuite.

This individual should bring a strong mix of operational and technical accounting expertise, including experience preparing technical memos, conducting ASC 606 and 340 analyses, and supporting corporate audits and compliance in a U.S.-based, multinational environment. As a key member of the Revenue Accounting team, reporting to the Director of Revenue Accounting, the successful candidate must thrive in a fast-paced environment, demonstrate a willingness to roll up their sleeves, and possess the leadership skills necessary to guide 1–2 direct reports while contributing to the continuous enhancement of our global Quote-to-Cash processes.

- Support quarterly and annual external audit requirements and related documentation.
- Identify and implement automation and process improvements across the revenue and billing systems (e.g., Zuora, RevPro).
- Maintain and optimize the Company’s revenue management systems and reporting tools.
- Design and manage UAT testing for new pricing, products, and system enhancements.
- Analyze QTC data and generate insights and metrics to support decision-making.
- Partner with cross-functional teams to support non-routine transactions, contract reviews, and ongoing business initiatives.
