The Role

We are seeking a creative and results-driven Growth Marketing Manager to join our Growth Marketing team, reporting to the Sr Director of Growth Marketing. In this pivotal role, you will design, execute, and optimize marketing programs that drive awareness, engagement, and acquisition. The ideal candidate is a strategic thinker with hands-on experience developing and managing marketing initiatives in a fast-paced environment.

Location: Remote within the US 

Your Daily Adventures Will Include

    • Research, identify and manage 3rd party programs with industry partners that can generate awareness and demand generation through selective advertising, podcasts, webinar programs
    • Develop and manage monthly hosted webinar program as well as our virtual product launch events to showcase Outreach as thought leaders and drive demand with customers and prospects
    • Manage large, brand to demand advertising campaigns such as DOOH ads
    • Manage other demand generating campaigns such as content syndication, executive appointment setting and thought-leadership video series.
    • Provide Events support as it relates to promoting the third-party and hosted events and follow up activity
    • Collaborate with cross-functional teams—including segment marketing leaders to ensure program alignment with segment objectives and revenue targets, and product marketing to ensure alignment with corporate and persona-based messaging.
    • Track, measure, and report on program performance, providing actionable insights and recommendations for continuous improvement.

Basic Qualifications

    • 4+ years of experience in B2B marketing program or campaign management, preferably within a SaaS or technology company.
    • Experience managing large budgets and aligning them to business priorities
    • Strong sense of creativity, imagination, and innovation
    • Strong attention to detail with an analytical mind and outstanding problem-solving skills.
    • Excellent project management, organizational, and communication skills.
    • Ability to work collaboratively in a fast-paced, high-growth environment.
    • Data-driven mindset with a passion for testing, learning, and optimizing marketing programs.
$70,000 - $110,000 a year
The annual base salary range for this role is $70,000-$110,000 USD. You may also be offered incentive compensation, bonus, restricted stock units, and benefits. Actual compensation is based on factors such as your skills, qualifications, and experience. We also have a location-based compensation structure; there may be a different range for candidates in other locations.
