Position overview :
A Senior customer delivery manager is responsible for managing the overall delivery of services to clients.
They focus on maintaining service level agreements (SLAs), ensuring service quality, and managing client relationships.
What will be your contribution?
Managing the customer relationship: Building and maintaining relationships with key stakeholders at the client organization, understanding their needs, and managing their expectations.
Developing and managing service delivery plans: Working with clients to develop service delivery plans that meet their needs and SLAs. These plans should include timelines, budgets, and resource requirements.
Monitoring and tracking progress: Monitoring the progress of service delivery and tracking against the service delivery plan. Identifying and addressing any potential risks or issues.
Reporting to the client: Communicating regularly with the client on the progress of service delivery, any issues that arise, and any changes to the service delivery plan.
What are the requirements for the role?
Master's degree from a top engineering, business schools or academic equivalent.
5+ years of experience in a customer-facing role.
3+ years of experience in managing teams and projects.
Strong understanding of service delivery principles and practices.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
