Responsibilities
As a SeniorProduct Manager, your main missions at Outsight are :
Define the Product vision and strategy
Develop a clear and concise product vision and strategy that aligns with the company's overall business goals. This product vision and strategy must clearly define what are the overall goals of the product, what are the users of the product, what problems (and use cases) it is trying to solve, what are the target customers’ needs, and how it compares/differentiates from other alternatives available on the market, and what are the suitable route to market.
Gather and analyze customer needs
Acquire an in-depth comprehension of customer's needs and requirements in order to create a successful product. The product manager plays a crucial role in fostering strong relationships with clients and customer-facing teams to effectively gather insights. This position involves active participation in key meetings and international events to ensure alignment and understanding of client needs.
Prioritize features and requirements
Understand the right problems to solve and prioritize relevant features and requirements through an up-to-date Product Roadmap (incl. non-functional requirements such as performance, security, scalability and costs of ownership) according to the user-journey description, business needs, and technical feasibility. Collaborate closely with the development teams to ensure the product releases are developed in accordance with the required specifications and features.
Increase market access and Business efficiency
Take ownership and orchestrate the promotion and support of use cases to drive market impact. Product managers work closely with marketing, product marketing, sales and deployment team to ensure that they are fully equipped with compelling messaging, effective tools, and robust support to maximize sales adoption and deliver successful customer deal/projects.
Measure and analyze product performance
Be responsible for measuring and analyzing the launched product’s performance (incl. business performance and customer satisfaction). This includes tracking metrics across marketing, sales, integration and support. The product manager uses this data to identify areas for improvement and to make decisions about future product development
What are the requirements for the role?
Engineering degree in Computer Science or a related field.
5+ years of proven track record in product management in a B2B environment.
Strong sense of ownership, urgency, and problem-solving skills.
Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
Experience in effectively collaborating with product marketing and sales teams to define pricing and packaging strategies for new features or product.
Bonus Skills:
Understanding of challenges inherent in both SaaS and on-premise deployment models.
Strong commitment to fostering and disseminating product culture and best practices across all teams and the wider company.
