Job Overview

We are seeking a highly organised, motivated, and detail-oriented individual to join our team as our Customer Service and E-Commerce Coordinator. Your primary role will be to respond to all customer queries daily and assist with e-commerce tasks including, uploading new products to the website, creating new products on Adobe Illustrator, and other related tasks.

Key Responsibilities:

    • Respond to, refer, and resolve customer enquiries in an empathetic, polite, and timely manner.
    • Provide information on the company's products to potential customers.
    • Manage customer service responses via the Podium platform and email.
    • Complete customer service tasks in the morning and afternoon each day.
    • Trace scanned product templates.
    • Create website images.
    • List products on WooCommerce.
    • Handle product enquiries from customers.
    • Manage order queries and updates.
    • Process customer returns efficiently.
    • Provide timely order processing updates.
    • Maintain accurate product listings on WooCommerce.
    • Regularly update product descriptions and images.
    • Ensure high levels of customer satisfaction.
    • Troubleshoot and resolve customer issues promptly.
    • Support internal teams with various e-commerce tasks.

Requirements:

    • Minimum of 2 years of experience in customer service.
    • Technological skills to fulfil the requirements of this position.
    • Well-developed verbal and written communication skills.

Preferred Qualifications:

    • Experience in Adobe Illustrator and/or Photoshop.
    • Basic HTML and CSS experience.
