Job Overview
We are seeking a highly organised, motivated, and detail-oriented individual to join our team as our Customer Service and E-Commerce Coordinator. Your primary role will be to respond to all customer queries daily and assist with e-commerce tasks including, uploading new products to the website, creating new products on Adobe Illustrator, and other related tasks.
Key Responsibilities:
- Respond to, refer, and resolve customer enquiries in an empathetic, polite, and timely manner.
- Provide information on the company's products to potential customers.
- Manage customer service responses via the Podium platform and email.
- Complete customer service tasks in the morning and afternoon each day.
- Trace scanned product templates.
- Create website images.
- List products on WooCommerce.
- Handle product enquiries from customers.
- Manage order queries and updates.
- Process customer returns efficiently.
- Provide timely order processing updates.
- Maintain accurate product listings on WooCommerce.
- Regularly update product descriptions and images.
- Ensure high levels of customer satisfaction.
- Troubleshoot and resolve customer issues promptly.
- Support internal teams with various e-commerce tasks.
Requirements:
- Minimum of 2 years of experience in customer service.
- Technological skills to fulfil the requirements of this position.
- Well-developed verbal and written communication skills.
Preferred Qualifications:
- Experience in Adobe Illustrator and/or Photoshop.
- Basic HTML and CSS experience.
