We are seeking dynamic, experienced telemarketers / appointment setters to join our team.
This role is instrumental in setting qualified appointments for the sales team through
outbound cold calling campaigns, influencing existing or potential customers to utilise the
client’s services. The role also requires skills in lead generation research utilising online
search engine methods and social media activities.
The ideal candidates speak clear perfect English and is extremely confident on the phone.
You are friendly, persuasive with a cool temperament, while demonstrating the ability to
understand customer requirements and manage objections effectively. If you are proactive,

This is a day shift role calling Australian businesses working 35 hour week, Monday to Friday
6:30am – 2pm PH time (8:30 - 4:00pm AEST). With healthy bonus structures in place to
cater for high performers your monthly earnings potential is uncapped.

Responsibilities:
- Conduct outbound cold calling campaigns to qualify prospect suitability and identify if they fit the target market profile
- Setting qualified appointments for the sales team
- Gather relevant prospect qualification information while assessing their interest and updating details in CRM system or tracking sheet
- Collaborate with the sales team on database lead quality and appointment objectives
- Maintain database and proactively follow up prospects to assist sales team in converting opportunities into sales
- Conduct outbound cold calling campaigns to inactive/dormant clients
- Generate leads through proactive online search engine and social media research.
- Continuously update cold calling techniques, embracing feedback and adapting strategies for improved results
Requirements:
- At least 3 years Appointment setting, Cold calling Telemarketing or Telesales roles
- Have clear, perfect spoken English
- Demonstrate strong persuasion and objection handling skills to captivate prospects and drive engagement
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills with the ability to engage prospects and build rapport over the phone and via email where required
- Ability to work autonomously with limited supervision or direction
- Familiar with CRM systems and practices
- Excellent time management to maximise productivity
- Proficient with Microsoft Office and Google products suite
- Strong multi-tasking skills
- Data entry skills
- Freight and logistics experience is an advantage but not essential.
