The Role
We are looking for a detail-oriented and highly organised Quantity Surveyor to join our remote team from Manila. This role focuses on quantity take-offs, building project schedules, and sourcing material and subcontractor pricing to support tender submissions and project planning. You will work closely with our CFO to deliver competitive pricing packages and well-structured project bids.

Key Responsibilities

    • Prepare accurate quantity surveying schedules from civil and landscaping plans.
    • Develop and maintain building schedules for tendering and internal planning.
    • Reach out to suppliers and subcontractors to obtain up-to-date pricing for materials and services.
    • Support the CFO and tendering team in preparing pricing schedules and bid documentation.
    • Ensure accuracy and consistency in cost schedules and BOQs across multiple projects.
    • Assist in reviewing project specifications and identifying key cost elements and risks.
    • Maintain a database of current rates and supplier contacts to streamline future tenders.
    • Coordinate with the project team to ensure seamless transition from tender to execution.



Requirements

    • Degree or diploma in Quantity Surveying, Civil Engineering, or Construction Management.
    • Minimum 3 years’ experience in a QS or pricing support role within civil construction.
    • Strong understanding of infrastructure works, including three waters, roading, and landscaping.
    • Proficient in Microsoft Excel and quantity surveying tools.
    • High attention to detail and accuracy in preparing quantities and pricing schedules.
    • Strong communication and coordination skills, particularly when liaising with suppliers.
    • Ability to manage multiple tenders or project packages simultaneously under tight timeframes.
