Overbit is seeking a goal-driven Account Representative to supports customers by providing helpful information, answering questions, responding to complaints and fulfilling customer needs to ensure customer satisfaction. He/she will also need to build relationships with new partners and sustain long-term relationships with existing customer and partners.


    • Maintaining a positive, empathetic and professional attitude toward customers at all times
    • Acting as the main point of contact between the company and customers/partners
    • Responding politely and promptly to customer inquiries
    • Acknowledging and resolving customer complaints
    • Communicating and coordinating with colleagues as necessary
    • Routes the request to the proper person or department whenever it is needed
    • Improving exposure by attracting new partners through emailing, and following company-generated leads
    • English to Japanese translation


    • High school diploma or equivalent; college degree preferred
    • Proficient in Japanese writing, reading and speaking; JLPT N2 or above preferred
    • Excellent communication and presentation skills
    • A high attention to detail
    • Ability to multi-task, prioritise and manage time effectively
    • A friendly and professional demeanour
    • Able to work quickly under pressure
