Our team

Our team grew from 40 people to 90 people in 2023. We’ve got top talent from the most successful companies in SMB software like Shopify, HubSpot, DoorDash, ProCore, and ServiceTitan.

We’re scaling even faster in 2024 to keep pace with our customer growth.

🫵 Why we’re looking for you

We are looking for a talented Director of Content Marketing to lead audience growth across our owned channels, including our blog, YouTube, and organic social. We are looking for someone with a deep understanding of the strategic value of content plus a willingness and excitement to create engaging content themselves. This role is 100% remote and can be based anywhere in the United States, Canada, and potentially additional locations depending on experience.

💻 The impact you will have

    • Set a holistic content strategy, and adapt content as you learn, creating systems to increase output volume and quality
    • Lead experimentation on content initiatives - you’ll have a wide canvas (and budget) to play with. We’re not just looking for a keyword research jockey - we want someone who is willing to take big swings
    • Increase our organic search sessions from non-brand keywords
    • Grow our audience on YouTube, Instagram, TikTok
    • Improve conversion optimization of our blog and website
    • Initially manage a team of freelancers and agencies; eventually build an incredible in-house team

👥 Who you’ll work with

    • This role reports to our VP of Marketing, David Fallarme.
    • This role will partner closely with our CEO Adam Guild, with visibility to other members of our leadership team

✅ Minimum requirements

    • Demonstrated success in growing an audience in any channel, for business or personal
    • If we Google you, or look you up on any of the socials, we’ll find evidence of great content you have produced
    • While SaaS startup experience is a plus - you do not have to be from B2B. We have many teammates from B2C!

🏆 Pay and benefits

    • The estimated base salary range for this role is $150K - $190K, plus a generous equity pre-IPO equity package
