We’re looking for an Account Executive (Outbound) to bring in new business, take charge of the sales process, and work with high-potential clients across various industries. If you’re a skilled negotiator, driven by results, and eager to work in a supportive, fast-paced environment, this role is for you.

Your day-to-day will include:
- Taking ownership of revenue goals and driving sales growth.
- Leading the outbound sales process, from discovery to contract negotiations.
- Developing strategies to identify and engage with potential clients in target industries, such as e-commerce, retail, and digital marketing.
- Building and managing a small team of BDRs, guiding them on account priorities and outreach techniques.
- Attending sales meetings with prospects, tailoring pitches, and crafting compelling value propositions.
- Participating in industry events and conferences to expand your network and source new opportunities.
- Collaborating with Product and Engineering teams to align on product strategy and provide client feedback.
- Refining outbound sales workflows and contributing to team projects to optimize performance.
We’re looking for someone who has:
- At least 3 years of experience in outbound B2B sales, ideally in SaaS, IaaS, or tech solutions.
- Proven success in managing full-cycle sales
- Advanced negotiation, presentation, and objection-handling skills.
- A track record of exceeding sales quotas and closing deals with diverse buyer groups.
- Familiarity with sales tools (e.g., Salesforce, LinkedIn Sales Navigator) and a data-driven approach to prospecting.
- Knowledge of IT infrastructure, APIs, or scraping technologies.
- Experience selling to engineering teams or industries like e-commerce, retail, or digital marketing.
- An additional foreign language (always a plus in international sales).

Salary:
- Gross salary: 2650-3650 EUR/month + bonuses. Keep in mind that we are open to discussing a different salary based on your skills and experience.
