What’s in store for you:
You’ll be solving complex challenges and maintaining our own infrastructure with 60PB+ monthly data traffic. Here are its scale and maturity in numbers:
- 6PB+ Ceph storage
- 60PB+ monthly data traffic through our systems
- 300k+ service requests/sec processed
- 500k+ Kafka messages/sec streamed
We run one of the most advanced and largest scraping and parsing product in the world. We serve hundreds of thousands of requests per second with a very high success rate. Our scrapers and parsers are used by leading e-commerce, market intelligence, and AI industry players making the work challenging and truly global. The team is a blend of different interesting personalities from different walks of life and nationalities. Here you can find people who are experts in gaming, the Korean language, playing “Ilgas kelias” with a guitar, riding bicycles, and other areas.
Your day-to-day:
- Work on private cloud and remotely hosted infrastructure configuration, automation, and testing.
- Take care of scaling our infrastructure.
- Ensure zero downtime for different environments and projects.
- Ensure that high security and compliance standards are met.
- Ensure that critical infrastructure components or solution backups, disaster recovery, redundancy, and rollback plans exist.
- Ensure that infrastructure systems are monitored, audited, and alerting configured.
- Ensure systems are secure, compliant, and up-to-date with the latest patches and protocols.
- Troubleshoot infrastructure related issues and outages.
- Stay current with the latest infrastructure developments, and tooling available.
Your skills & experience:
- Strong understanding of Linux-based systems and servers.
- Hands-on experience with automation/configuration management tools (e.g., Ansible, SaltStack).
- Proficiency in working with container systems (e.g., Kubernetes, Docker).
- Familiarity with databases, especially MySQL and Redis-like key-value databases.
- Strong ability to prioritize and focus on high-impact work.
- Experience with various Cloud providers.
- Background in maintaining custom object/block storage solutions.
- Experience with Kafka/Redpanda.
- Experience with RabbitMQ.
- Experience with HAProxy.

Salary:
- Gross salary: 3000 - 6300 EUR/month. Keep in mind that we are open to discussing a different salary based on your skills and experience.
