You’ll be developing complex products with high coding standards, maintaining our own infrastructure, handling petabytes of data, and solving challenges on a daily basis. We got you covered with a team of strong professionals to support you, a well-built tech stack, and loads of ownership.
Your day-to-day:
- Collaborate with data engineers and developers in an agile environment to design and maintain the analytical layer on top of our datasets, enabling scalable, production-ready data products.
- Explore and prototype new datasets by validating data logic, extracting actionable insights, and supporting product experimentation efforts to accelerate the development of new data offerings and revenue streams.
- Conduct on-demand, targeted analyses to support internal stakeholders and business teams, providing data-driven insights that inform strategy, operations, and product decisions.
- Enrich and enhance datasets with product-ready calculated fields and derived metrics, while optimizing computation logic to ensure performance and scalability on large-scale data workloads.
- Assist in building automated or ad-hoc QA validation processes to ensure data accuracy, reliability, and consistency across our data products.
- Develop and maintain entity resolution techniques to match and link data across diverse sources, ensuring high-quality data integration.
- Automate scraping logic and source queue generation using data-driven models to streamline and scale source acquisition and ingestion workflows.
- Monitor production pipelines and models for data drift or failure, contributing to system stability by proactively identifying and resolving data-related issues.
Your skills & experience:
- 4+ years of previous experience in analytical role or engineering role.
- Proven ability to discover trends and extract actionable insights from data that deliver business value.
- Excellent skills in SQL, proficient skills in Python.
- Structural thinking and ability to clearly express oneself and align with different stakeholders.
- Ability to effectively cooperate and enable others to reach common objectives.
- Attention to details and propensity to dig into deeper layers of any matter to inspire potential improvements.
- Experience in Spark.
- Prior experience with data modeling Dagster, DBT, Superset, Trino.
- Previous experience working in the same team with data engineers.
- Business acumen and general commercial awareness how insights can convert to value and, in turn, unlock new revenue and business growth.
- Excellent written and spoken English.

Salary:
- Gross salary: 3200 - 5200 EUR/month. Keep in mind that we are open to discussing a different salary based on your skills and experience.
