Your day-to-day:

    • Serve as the first point of contact for inquiries regarding HR Ops related questions.
    • Handle and organize documentation, update employee files, contracts, and other important documents.
    • Keep our HRIS and other related systems up-to-date and accurate, making sure data is always correct and easy to access.
    • Act as HRIS system administrator for updates, workflows, permissions and reporting;
    • Generate and deliver various reports and analyze basic data.
    • Identify opportunities for process improvement and support the implementation of new processes when needed.

Your skills & experience:

    • Experience as an HR Administrator, HR Operations Specialist or similar role.
    • Solid understanding of labor legislation.
    • Prior experience in administering HR systems.
    • Understanding of data analytics and reporting.
    • Fluency in written and spoken English and Lithuanian
    • Attentiveness to details and precision.

    • Nice to have:
    • Experience with Microsoft Dynamics 365 BC (Navision).
    • Experience with HiBob (HRIS system).

Salary:

    • Gross salary: 1900-2600 EUR/month. Keep in mind that we are open to discuss a different salary based on your skills and competencies.
