Your day-to-day:
- Create the design, implementation, and management of identity and access management (IAM) solutions.
- Develop and enforce processes, ensuring compliance with regulatory and organizational standards.
- Provide expertise in authentication, authorization, and identity lifecycle processes, including onboarding, role transitions, and offboarding.
- Implement and maintain privileged access management, single sign-on (SSO), multi-factor authentication (MFA), and other security protocols.
- Conduct regular access reviews, audits, and certifications to ensure appropriate access levels.
Your skills & experience:
- A Bachelor’s degree in Information Technology, or equivalent professional experience.
- Foundational knowledge of information security principles and governance frameworks.
- Analytical thinking and a problem-solving mindset, with the ability to articulate solutions clearly and track progress effectively.
- Hands-on experience with IAM concepts, including authentication vs. authorization, elevated/privileged access, federated access, SSO, and MFA.
- Understanding of Identity Governance and Administration concepts, such as identity lifecycle, role-based access control, attribute-based access control, and separation of duties.
- Experience with collaboration and project management tools like Atlassian (e.g., Jira, Confluence) and familiarity with cloud services (e.g., AWS, Azure, Google Cloud) and their IAM-related features.

Salary:
- Gross salary: 3950-5800 EUR/month. Keep in mind that we are open to discuss a different salary based on your skills and competencies.
