We’re a team of 500+ professionals who develop cutting-edge web data gathering solutions for thousands of the world’s best known businesses, including Fortune 500 companies.

What’s in store for you:
You’ll be solving challenges for top-tier clients and collaborating with industry professionals. We’ll fuel your professional growth with vast internal and external learning resources and an environment of teaming up and knowledge sharing.

Ready to see your analysis make global headlines? We're looking for a creative data analyst to help us establish our data storytelling function, sitting at the exciting intersection of data science and public relations. You will uncover the compelling trends hidden in data, partnering with our communications team to land major stories on the world stage. This is an exciting opportunity for an analyst who craves the freedom to follow their curiosity and make a direct impact.

Your day-to-day:

    • Conduct exploratory analysis and modelling on diverse datasets (potentially including 3rd-party, scraped, and internal data sets) to uncover statistically significant patterns, compelling trends, and unique correlations that can form the foundation of an external PR narrative.
    • Translate validated data findings into clear, digestible formats for PR and communications, including summary reports, 'data nuggets' for media pitches, charts for owned content, and potential briefing materials for spokespeople.
    • Act as the central project owner for data-led content initiatives, managing the entire workflow from the initial PR brief to final delivery. This includes evaluating requests, setting realistic timelines, defining the project scope, and serving as the primary liaison between the PR and technical/data engineering teams.
    • Proactively identify and recommend new research areas and data-driven story angles aligned with company priorities and media trends, presenting these opportunities to PR and other senior stakeholders.
    • Utilise a range of analytical tools (e.g., SQL, Python, spreadsheets) to conduct analysis independently, as well as to prepare and structure data for deeper investigation or collaboration with the data engineering team.

Your skills & experience:

    • Proven experience (2+ years) in an analytical or consulting role, with a clear track record of translating complex data into actionable insights for business leaders.
    • High proficiency in using SQL for data exploration and advanced skills in Excel/Google Sheets for analysis and modeling.
    • Demonstrated ability to turn raw numbers into compelling narratives, charts, and reports that are easily understood by a non-technical audience. (Experience with data visualization tools like Tableau, PowerBI, etc., is a plus).
    • A pragmatic and impact-focused approach to problem-solving, with the judgment to choose the right tool for the job (e.g., Excel over Python) to get to the answer efficiently.
    • The ability to act as a crucial bridge, comfortable discussing technical requirements with engineers and translating findings into strategic insights for creative teams.
    • Excellent proficiency in written and spoken English.

    • Nice to have requirements:
    • Experienced in academic research, various data collection methods, and data visualisation tools. Proactive in using AI coding tools for efficiency and accuracy. Eager to stay current on learning in AI advancements.

Salary:

    • Gross salary: 3200-4500 EUR/month. Keep in mind that we are open to discussing a different salary based on your skills and experience.

    • To support your professional growth and make you feel taken care of, we’ve put together an expansive benefit package. It covers learning, well-being, celebration, and much more – learn all about it here.
