You’ll be solving complex challenges and maintaining our own infrastructure with 60PB+ monthly data traffic. Here are its scale and maturity in numbers:
- 6PB+ Ceph storage
- 60PB+ monthly data traffic through our systems
- 300k+ service requests/sec processed
- 500k+ Kafka messages/sec streamed

Your day-to-day:
- Management of team delivery according to business priorities, ensuring right team ambition according to capacity
- Ensuring smooth Agile flow
- Reporting delivery expectations, status and flags to business
- Managing and removing impediments related to implementation
- Ensuring technical excellence by using technical stakeholders and setting right challenges for the team
- Owning the product from technical perspective

Your skills & experience:
- Leadership experience
- Delivery management experience
- Technical background
- Fluent English (international team)
- Experience in System Architecture
- Development experience

Salary:
- Gross salary: 5000 - 7000 EUR/month. Keep in mind that we are open to discussing a different salary based on your skills and experience.
