Your day-to-day:

    • Scale Enterprise Sales motion in the market and internally.
    • Own long-term strategy and day-to-day operations of the team.
    • Be accountable for increasing revenue, forecasting accurately, and scaling the team.
    • Recruit, mentor, and lead a team of consultative, solution-based, Enterprise sales professionals.
    • Drive disciplined growth by forecasting with rigor, inspecting pipelines weekly, and removing roadblocks to ensure the team consistently exceeds monthly and quarterly targets.

Your skills & experience:

    • 3+ years of experience leading enterprise sales teams.
    • Proven sales experience with enterprise customers, including custom development solutions, long sales cycles, and multiple buyer groups.
    • A builder’s mindset: attract top talent, develop high performers, and create repeatable success.
    • Experience in creating sales playbooks focusing on goal attainment and scaling

Salary:

    • Gross salary: starting from 5600 EUR/month. Keep in mind that we are open to discuss salary based on your skills and competencies.
