As a Business Development Representative, you will have the unique opportunity to bring innovative products to market. You will be at the forefront of our growth strategy, influencing the direction of our business branch and driving significant market impact, working together in a dynamic and high-motivation environment that encourages creativity and out-of-the-box thinking.

Your day-to-day:

    • Research strategic accounts, identify key buyer personas, and generate interest through email campaigns and booked video calls.
    • Use sales outreach tools, connect, and push leads further through our sales funnel.
    • Qualify leads based upon specific lead qualification criteria that co-align with our ICPs (Ideal Customer Profiles). 
    • Run, monitor, and constantly improve outbound outreach campaigns to potential customers using data-driven sales methodology.
    • Clearly communicate our Unique Selling Proposition and how our product can help the prospect.
    • Drive sales pipeline towards closing a deal.
    • Identify and explore new opportunities.

Your skills & experience:

    • Experience in B2B enterprise sales within the technology industry.
    • Entrepreneurial attitude, relentlessness, ability to see the entire picture and willingness to listen to other opinions. 
    • Being a customer advocate - strong internal communication. 
    • Data-driven and innovative approach to client relationship development and solution building.
    • Ownership and accountability of your work.
    • Excellent verbal and written communication skills in Lithuanian and English.
    • Any additional foreign languages - nice to have.

Salary:

    • Gross salary 1660-2650 EUR/month. Keep in mind that we are open to discuss a different salary based on your skills and competencies.
