Your day-to-day:
- Design and scale new Oxylabs dashboard and web product.
- Work together with the design team to maintain Oxylabs Design System.
- Work closely with the Marketing Product and Development teams to join efforts on building Oxylabs products.
- Gather and suggest insights to create a more visually pleasing and more convertible Oxylabs website.
- Conduct user research and usability testing with potential clients.
- Gather and suggest ideas on how to optimize and increase productivity in the design workflow.
- Guide the team using user-centered design principles.
- Suggest help and get help from other designers to share knowledge across the design team.
Your skills & experience:
- 3+ years of experience in Product Design, with a portfolio showcasing strong UX and UI work.
- Excellent knowledge of Figma.
- Advanced understanding of design systems and their application.
- Strong UI and visual design skills, with a good eye for detail.
- Familiarity with common UX patterns.
- Solid understanding of visual hierarchy, layout, and information architecture.
- Working knowledge of user research processes and methodologies.
- Systemic thinker with the ability to optimize workflows for efficiency.
- Fluency in English, both written and spoken.
- Strong capability in standard product design processes, with the maturity to select appropriate methods for each project.
- Experience with SaaS, analytical tools, or dashboard projects (preferred).
- A sense of ownership and a proactive approach to problem-solving.
- Basic knowledge of HTML/CSS.
- Experience in Webflow website development.
- Familiarity with technical products.

Salary:
- Gross salary: 3100 - 4500 EUR/month. Keep in mind that we are open to discuss a different salary based on your skills and competences.
