You’ll be developing complex products with high coding standards, maintaining our own infrastructure, handling petabytes of data, and solving challenges on a daily basis. We got you covered with a team of strong professionals to support you, a well-built tech stack, and loads of ownership.
You'll be joining our Web Team who is responsible for taking care of our web applications, launching new projects, overseeing web performance and making sure all of our projects run as smoothly as possible.
Your day-to-day:
- Define product vision based on market research, customer feedback, and company’s overall strategy.
- Translate product strategy into features and actionable steps.
- Prioritize activities based on business and customer impact.
- Develop and implement product roadmap together with key stakeholders from marketing to tech.
- Work closely with engineering teams to deliver quick time-to-market and optimal resources.
- Manage stakeholder expectations and alignment.
Your skills & experience:
- Basic knowledge of web technologies (HTML/CSS fundamentals, understanding of components, styles, and responsive design).
- Experience working with a CMS (e.g., Prismic or other content management systems).
- Marketing experience, especially in positioning, communication, and UI-related work.
- Understanding of SEO principles and implementation.
- Analytics (Google Analytics / GA4 or similar tools).
- Understanding of web performance (page speed, Core Web Vitals).
- Stakeholder management, ability to work with different interest groups and prioritize needs.
- Design awareness, knowledge of UI/UX fundamentals, ability to discuss with designers.
- User flow analysis, ability to interpret data and understand where users "drop off" and where their journey gets stuck.
- Nice to have:
- Experience with A/B testing or experimentation tools (e.g., PostHog).
- Experience with design systems (e.g., Figma).
- CRO (Conversion Rate Optimization) knowledge.
- Understanding of content marketing and its impact on traffic.
- Technical knowledge (basic HTML/JS, understanding of APIs).
Our Salary & Work Benefits Package:
- Gross salary: 2500 - 4000 EUR/month. Keep in mind that we are open to discuss a different salary based on your skills and competencies.
