We are seeking a dynamic and experienced Head of Account Management to lead our B2B account management department of talented professionals. This role is pivotal in nurturing and expanding our relationships with existing Fortune 500 clients, ensuring they receive exceptional service and value from our web scraping solutions. Your day-to-day:

    • Lead, coach, train and motivate a global customer-oriented account management team.
    • Oversee, maintain and improve key existing account management processes and operations  related to customer growth & retention.
    • Oversee department's day-to-day activities.
    • Ensure outstanding existing customer experience through collaboration with other departments.
    • Ensure effective stakeholder management & represent account management team on different levels across the company.
    • Analyze client data and market trends to identify opportunities for upselling, cross-selling, and new product development.
    • Occasionally travel abroad to visit our strategic customers face-to-face.

Your skills & experience:

    • 3+ years experience in leading account management/sales teams.
    • Proven experience in B2B sales and/or account management with a focus on enterprise clients within the technology industry.
    • Expertise in delivering customer experience to its highest level leading to strategic account growth and expansion.
    • Strong leadership skills with a track record of managing and developing high-performing teams/departments.
    • Experience in successfully achieving and reporting on financial and performance KPIs.
    • Great communication, negotiation & change management skills.
    • Ability to work collaboratively in a fast-paced, innovative environment.
    • Bachelor's degree in business, IT, or a related field (Master's degree preferred).
    • Excellent English language skills.
    • Understanding of web scraping technologies and data solutions is a plus.

Salary:

    • Gross salary: 4630 - 6200 EUR/month. Keep in mind that we are open to discuss a different salary based on your skills and competences.
