Your day-to-day:
- Lead risk-related projects and initiatives within the organization, ensuring alignment with overall business objectives
- Act as the primary point of contact for risk management expertise, building and maintaining strong relationships with peers and stakeholders
- Lead and develop a team of risk professionals by establishing clear objectives and empowering team members to take ownership of their work and results
- Conduct regular risk assessments to identify vulnerabilities in business processes and systems
- Lead incident management processes, ensuring timely resolution, documentation, and reporting
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to implement risk mitigation strategies and process improvements
- Design and deliver training programs to employees at all levels, promoting a proactive risk culture and improving overall risk management capabilities across the teams
- Own operational risk metrics, follow the trends, develop and implement action plans to improve them
- Partner with engineering, product, and customer-facing teams to embed risk-related considerations into their decision-making and daily activities
- Support other daily operations for the risk management team (e.g. account management, communication with vendors, etc.)
Your skills & experience:
- Proven track record of building and implementing operational risk frameworks
- Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities with experience in risk assessment methodologies
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills for stakeholder management
- Strong organizational skills and able to work independently, successfully manage multiple tasks and prioritize work
- Knowledge of industry standards and best practices for operational risk management
- Strong drive for results, “can-do” attitude and client-oriented mindset
- Proficiency in risk assessment methodologies and tools
- Experience in SaaS, technology, or fast-paced startup/scale-up environments preferred
- Understanding of SaaS operational models and common risk vectors

Salary:
- Gross salary: 3800-6000 EUR/month. Keep in mind that we are open to discussing a different salary based on your skills and experience.
