Your day-to-day:
- Drive Improvements. You will lead and coordinate the improvements of the Incident Management framework.
- Strengthen Communication. You will lead communication efforts with our customers and customer-facing teams, while also collaborating with internal tech departments to drive improvements in Incident Response.
- Deliver Data-Driven Insights. You will work closely with the data team to enhance incident analytics, generate actionable insights, and implement improvements based on data-driven findings.
- Boost Visibility. You will increase the visibility and timeliness of incident reporting, and take ownership of decisions regarding data disclosure and stakeholder updates.
- Ensure Accountability. You will ensure the company and technical teams consistently meet SLAs, uptime commitments, and other key performance indicators.
Your skills & experience:
- Previous experience in an incident management related-role.
- Prior experience in developing incident response frameworks within organizations.
- Basic understanding of data analytics and reporting.
- Effective stakeholder management with alignment across teams and business objectives.
- Ability to operate from a position with limited technological knowledge and familiarity with related processes, or a readiness to acquire such knowledge.
- Understanding of the technical components underlying incidents in a tech environment.

Salary:
- Gross salary: 2700 – 4200 EUR/month. Keep in mind that we are open to discuss a different salary based on your skills and competencies.
