As the Content Team Lead, you’ll play a pivotal role in shaping the commercial success of our products. Your day-to-day:
- Develop and execute comprehensive content strategies aligned with business objectives.
- Manage a team of content creators, providing guidance, mentorship and professional development opportunities.
- Define and track key performance indicators (KPIs) for the team and the content.
- Identify workflow inefficiencies and implement process improvements to optimize the team's output and delivery schedules.
- Coordinate cross-functional content projects and ensure alignment with broader brand and marketing goals.
- Stay updated on industry trends and incorporate best practices into the content strategy.
Your skills & experience:
- At least 1year of previous experience in Team Lead position for content or communication teams, and at least 3 years of experience creating content.
- Excellent written and spoken English language skills.
- Proven ability to create and manage high-quality, compelling, and audience-focused content across multiple formats (blogs, videos, social media, web, etc.).
- Excellent organizational skills, able to manage multiple projects and deadlines simultaneously.
- Knowledge of SEO principles, and experience using SEO tools.
- Familiarity with content management systems and analytics platforms.
- Strong leadership and interpersonal skills, with the ability to motivate and mentor team members.
- Strong communication skills, both written and verbal, to collaborate effectively with internal teams and stakeholders.
- Experience with AI tools for content planning, creation, or analysis.
Salary:
- Gross salary 3000 - 4600 EUR/month. Keep in mind that we are open to discuss a different salary based on your skills and experience.
