Your day-to-day:
- Lead, coach, train and motivate the account management team.
- Review, monitor progress, and provide feedback regarding employee performance.
- Oversee the department's day-to-day activities.
- Decide on the team objectives and ensure these objectives are successfully achieved.
- Collaborate with sales, marketing, and product departments to achieve company-level goals.
- Oversee and improve a structured approach to account management operations with the key aim being revenue growth.
- Analyze client data and market trends to identify opportunities for upselling, cross-selling, and new product development.
- Ensure outstanding existing customer experience through collaboration with other departments.
- Represent account management team on different levels across the company.
- Occasionally travel abroad to visit our strategic customers face-to-face.
Your skills & experience:
- 2 years+ experience in leading B2B account management / sales team
- Proven international experience. (Working with US and/or global markets would be highly expected)
- Leadership & change management capabilities.
- Time management and organizational skills.
- Communication skills and command of written and spoken English.
- Analytical skills.
- Experience working with CRM and other sales stack tools.
- Experience in successfully achieving and reporting on financial and performance KPIs.
Salary:
- Gross salary: 4132 - 5300 EUR/month. Keep in mind that we are open to discussing a different salary based on your skills and experience.
