A word from the team:
We're seeking a technical leader for our DevOps squad of 4-5 engineers. You'll drive initiatives around CI/CD pipelines, observability, and hybrid-cloud infrastructure while building automations that scale across our organization. Our code-first approach values solving problems through programming rather than manual processes, and we're exploring AI-powered tooling to further enhance our capabilities. This role is ideal for someone who wants to remain technically engaged while taking on leadership responsibilities. We value effective delegation, timely delivery, and incremental improvements. You'll have a significant influence on our DevOps practices and tooling choices.
Your day-to-day:
- Manage your squad while remaining technically involved in implementation
- Mentor team members and support their professional growth
- Execute roadmaps, prioritize high-value work, and maintain stakeholder alignment
- Ensure timely delivery through effective delegation and proactive communication
- Maintain and enhance our SDLC with main focus on CI/CD, Observability, and Automation
- Develop observability solutions and automation tools while maintaining our hybrid-cloud environment (GCP and private cloud)
- Contribute to our service catalog and internal developer platform offerings
- Troubleshoot and resolve complex technical issues with open source tools
Your skills & experience:
- Strong DevOps background with development and operations expertise
- Coding experience in Python, Go, or similar languages, willingness to learn.
- Leadership experience or senior-level experience with mentoring and project ownership
- Experience with cloud platforms (GCP, AWS, Azure), private cloud, and Kubernetes
- Understanding of observability practices and automation techniques
- Ability to communicate technical concepts clearly to various audience
- Experience developing software, Kubernetes operators or similar advanced automation tools
- Background in service catalogs or internal developer platforms
- Experience with AI/ML integration into DevOps workflows

Salary:
- Gross salary: 6000 - 7600 EUR/month. Keep in mind that we are open to discussing a different salary based on your skills and experience.
