You’ll have the freedom to bring your ideas to life and shape our sales processes from the ground up and implement them together with the team. Your day-to-day:
- Getting accurate, real-time visibility of sales team processes performance - covering inbound & outbound sales motions;
- Active participation in the full sales cycle - from prospecting and outreach to closing deals;
- Testing, setting up and maintaining Sales Tools and strategies;
- Enhance sales productivity by enabling the team to work smarter by simplifying processes;
- Track and analyze key metrics including pipeline growth, win/loss rates, and quota attainment;
- Refine customer segmentation, assist with industry/vertical/territory management, and create a plan to enhance comebacks and upsell processes;
- Opening new verticals.
Your skills & experience:
- Hands-on experience in full-cycle B2B sales, ideally within SaaS, DaaS, IaaS, or other tech solutions;
- Proven ability to lead and motivate a team to achieve ambitious goals;
- Experience in managing international clients and a global perspective;
- A strong grasp of data analysis and the ability to turn raw data into strategic insights;
- The skill to translate high-level strategy into practical system and process requirements and drive their implementation;
- Excellent communication skills in written and spoken English;
- A self-starter with a high level of ownership, strategic thinking, and a relentless focus on results.
- Strong proficiency with CRM systems (Salesforce, HubSpot, or similar);
- Experience with sales automation tools, prospecting platforms, and outreach solutions.

Salary & benefits:
- Gross salary: 4200-5200 EUR/month. Keep in mind that we are open to discuss a different salary based on your skills and competencies.
