Your day-to-day:

    • Own and drive SEO content strategy: Conduct keyword research, identify content opportunities, and create clear, actionable content plans aligned with business goals.
    • Create high-quality content briefs: Translate SEO insights into structured, writer-friendly briefs that empower our content creators to produce outstanding SEO-optimized content.
    • Collaborate cross-functionally: Work closely with content writers, designers, and developers to ensure SEO best practices are implemented across all stages of content production.
    • Monitor and optimize content performance: Track organic performance metrics, evaluate content impact, and make data-driven recommendations for improvement.
    • Stay up to date with SEO trends: Monitor Google algorithm updates, industry changes, and evolving best practices to keep our content competitive.
    • Support technical SEO when needed: Tackle occasional technical SEO tasks like fixing crawl errors, optimizing metadata, or improving internal linking.

Your skills and experiences:

    • 2+ years of hands-on SEO experience with a strong focus on content planning and optimization.
    • Proven ability to conduct keyword research, develop SEO strategies, and turn them into effective content briefs.
    • Familiarity with tools like Ahrefs, Semrush, Google Search Console, GA4, and Screaming Frog.
    • Analytical mindset – able to interpret data and make strategic decisions based on performance insights.
    • Strong sense of ownership – proactive in taking responsibility and pushing SEO initiatives forward.
    • Excellent written and verbal English communication skills.
    • Basic understanding of technical SEO – you know what’s important and when to prioritize it. You’ll be joining a dynamic team where there’s room to expand into areas like GEO SEO or chatbot content optimization, if you’re eager to grow beyond your core role.

Salary:

    • Gross salary: 2700 - 4000 EUR/month + bonuses. Keep in mind that we are open to discuss a different salary based on your skills and competencies.
