Your day-to-day:
- Getting accurate, real-time visibility of sales team processes performance - covering inbound & outbound sales motions;
- Testing, setting up and maintaining Sales Tools;
- Partner with Sales and Marketing department to refine lead qualification and enrichment process, analyze campaign performance with reporting and dashboards;
- Enhance sales productivity by enabling the team to work smarter by simplifying processes;
- Further build lead generation processes for Outbound Sales to build effective, activity-based Outbound sales process;
- Track and analyze key metrics including pipeline growth, win/loss rates, and quota attainment;
- Monitor individual salesperson performance and share insights with relevant team leads;
- Refine customer segmentation, assist with industry/vertical/territory management, and create a plan to enhance comebacks and upsell processes;
- Adjust outreach copy for email campaigns;
- Assist with on-boarding and training new sales reps.
Your skills & experience:
- 3+ years of experience in Sales Operations or similar role;
- Strong proficiency with CRM systems (Salesforce, HubSpot, or similar);
- Advanced Excel/data analysis skills with ability to transform raw data into actionable insights;
- Ability to understand high-level sales strategies, translate them into system and process requirements, and ensure local execution and business impact;
- Experience with sales automation tools, prospecting platforms, and outreach solutions;
- Excellent project management skills with ability to drive initiatives to completion;
- Excellent communication skills and command of written and spoken English.
Salary:
- Gross salary: 2900 - 4500 EUR/month + bonuses. Keep in mind that we are open to discuss a different salary based on your skills and competencies.
