Your day-to-day:

    • Drive the full outbound sales cycle from prospect discovery to contract closure, achieving quarterly revenue targets;
    • Lead and develop a small team of Business Development Representatives, guiding them on account priorities and outreach techniques;
    • Develop strategies to identify and engage with potential clients in target industries;
    • Represent the company at industry conferences across Europe and the US, arranging and conducting high-value client meetings;
    • Lead process improvement initiatives to optimize our outbound sales methodology and conversion ratesIdentify new market opportunities and develop innovative engagement strategies to expand our prospect base;
    • Partner with Product and Engineering teams to align product development with market needs and customer feedback.

Your skills & experience:

    • 3+ years of experience in outbound B2B sales, ideally in SaaS, DaaS, IaaS, or tech solutions;
    • A track record of meeting and exceeding quarterly quota, contributing to sales growth;
    • Proven success in managing full sales cycle with diverse buyer groups;
    • Experience in working directly with small team of sales development representatives;
    • Experience managing global or enterprise-level clients;
    • Advanced negotiation, presentation, and objection-handling skills.

    • Nice to have:
    • Experience working with Salesforce, Mixmax and Postman;
    • Understanding of IT infrastructure (APIs, Scraping, etc.)

Salary & benefits:

    • 3000 - 4200 EUR/month + bonuses. Keep in mind that we are open to discussing a different salary based on your skills and experience.
