Your day-to-day:
- IT and professional services procurement: lead end-to-end procurement process for IT category (SaaS, software, cloud) and professional services;
- Negotiations: lead commercial terms negotiations with suppliers while liaising with other departments to ensure compliance with legal, information security, cybersecurity and sustainability requirements;
- Internal coordination: liaise with various departments to understand needs and requirements; provide solutions that align with company policies and budgets;
- Cost control: build and maintain savings pipeline, deliver cost savings, drive category strategies;
- Supplier management: maintain supplier database records, drive supplier due diligence and annual review processes.
Your skills & experience:
- Previous experience in procurement (a big advantage if focused on IT procurement);
- Solid understanding of contracting and potential risks: Master Service Agreements, Statement of Works, Service Level Agreements, Data Protection Agreements, data privacy, and information security requirements;
- Stakeholder management and project coordination skills - being able to influence cross-functionally;
- Customer service orientation: to provide excellent support to employees, ensuring their procurement experience is smooth and well coordinated;
- Detail-oriented, organized, and proactive in problem-solving;
- Attitude: high level of integrity, a commitment to quality, and an eagerness to learn and grow.
- Proficiency with procurement and CLM tools;
- Strong knowledge of software licensing and commercial models (SaaS subscriptions, perpetual, EAs; Microsoft, Adobe, Salesforce, etc.);
- Experience in high-growth tech, SaaS industries.

Salary:
- Gross salary: 2400-4000 EUR/month. Keep in mind that we are open to discussing a different salary based on your skills and experience.
