You’ll be solving challenges for top-tier clients and collaborating with industry professionals. We’ll fuel your professional growth with vast internal and external learning resources and an environment of teaming up and knowledge sharing.
Your day-to-day:
- Drive the full outbound sales cycle from prospect discovery to contract closure;
- Guide and develop a small team of Business Development Representatives;
- Develop strategies to identify and engage with potential clients in target industries;
- Represent the company at industry conferences across Europe and the US, arranging and conducting high-value client meetings;
- Lead process improvement initiatives to optimize our outbound sales methodology and conversion rates;
- Identify new market opportunities and develop innovative engagement strategies to expand our prospect base;
- Partner with Product and Engineering teams to align product development with market needs and customer feedback.
Your skills & experience:
- 3+ years of experience in outbound B2B sales, ideally in SaaS, DaaS, IaaS, or tech solutions;
- A track record of meeting and exceeding quarterly quota, contributing to sales growth;
- Experience in working directly with small team of sales development representatives;
- Experience managing global or enterprise-level clients;
- Advanced negotiation, presentation, and objection-handling skills.
- Experience working with Salesforce, Mixmax and Postman;
- Understanding of IT infrastructure (APIs, Scraping, etc.)

Salary & benefits:
- Gross salary: 3000 - 4200 EUR/month + uncapped bonuses. Keep in mind that we are open to discussing a different salary based on your skills and experience.
