急速に拡大する日本の太陽光発電およびBESS市場において、投資チームの一員として投資／融資活動全般に携わる投資アナリスト／アソシエイトを1名増員します。主な責務（これに限定されるものではありません）と資格は以下の通りです。

【業務内容】

・太陽光発電プロジェクトおよびBESSの投資機会を分析するため、エクセルを用いて財務モデルを構築する。

・投資チームメンバーをサポートし、新規開発プロジェクトを含む大規模太陽光発電資産およびBESS資産のバイサイドおよびセルサイド案件の両方をリードする。

・ファンド設立（資金調達、売り手交渉、貸し手交渉、プロジェクト・デューデリジェンスを含む）、クロージングから投資家対応／報告まで、ファンドのあらゆる側面を支援する。

・オンショアおよびオフショアの投資家が関与する複雑な取引に関する法務および税務ストラクチャリングの補助業務

・ 幅広いチームと共有するための会議議事録の日本語および英語による要約の作成

【応募資格】

・2～4年の実務経験（できれば大手投資銀行、プライベート・エクイティ・ファーム、コンサルティング・ファームでの経験）

・優れた分析・財務モデリングスキル

・文章力、対人能力、コミュニケーション能力に優れ、細部にまで気を配ることができる。

・疑いのない誠実さ、強い労働倫理、チームワークと卓越性へのコミットメント。

・セルフスターターであり、マルチタスク、優先順位付け、単独およびチーム内での作業能力のある意欲的な方。

・英語およびネイティブレベルの日本語が堪能であること。

・Building financial model using Excel to analyze solar project and BESS investment opportunities

・Supporting investment team members and leading both buy and sell side deals for large solar assets and BESS assets including new development projects

・Assisting in all aspects of the fund from the establishment (including fundraising, seller negotiations, lender negotiations, and project due diligence), closing to investor relations/reporting

・Assisting in legal and tax structuring on complicated transactions involving both onshore and offshore investors

・Summarizing meeting minutes in Japanese and English to share with a broader team

 

・2-4 years of professional experience, preferably in a leading investment bank, private equity firm or consulting firm

・Superior analytical and financial modeling skills

・Exceptional written, interpersonal, and communication skills with attention to detail

・Unquestioned integrity, a strong work ethic, and a commitment to teamwork and excellence

・Self-starter and motivated with the ability to multi-task, prioritize, and work both independently and within team

・Fluency in English and native-level Japanese
