Your Role
As a Creative Technology Director, you'll be at the forefront of shaping the digital landscape of the organization. Your primary responsibilities will include developing and implementing technology strategies that align with the company's creative and business goals, managing the design and deployment of new technology platforms and digital experiences, and collaborating with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless integration of technology solutions.
You'll also stay up-to-date with the latest trends and advancements in creative technology, exploring opportunities for adoption and application. Providing technical leadership and guidance to the creative team, you'll serve as a bridge between the technical and creative aspects of projects.
Responsibilities:
As a Creative Technology Director, you'll be responsible for driving digital innovation and enhancing the overall user experience. key tasks will include but not limited to:
- Developing and implementing technology strategies that align with the company's creative and business goals.
- Managing the design, development, and deployment of new technology platforms and digital experiences.
- Collaborating with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless integration of technology solutions.
- Staying up-to-date with the latest trends in creative technology and exploring opportunities for adoption.
- Providing technical leadership and guidance to the creative team.
- Analyzing data and metrics to measure the effectiveness of technology solutions and make data driven decisions for continuous improvement.
What You Need:
- Bachelor's degree in computer science, information technology, or a related field.
- 5+ years of experience in managing and leading creative technology projects.
- Strong technical expertise in areas such as web development, mobile app development, and emerging technologies.
- Proven ability to think creatively and strategically to solve complex problems.
- Excellent communication and collaboration skills to work effectively with cross-functional teams.
- Demonstrated leadership skills and the ability to manage multiple stakeholders.
