Your Role
We are hiring a Technology Manager with strong AI expertise and a client-facing mindset.
In this high-impact role, you’ll be the technical lead in customer discussions, where business meets technology. You’ll propose solutions on the fly, tailor demos to specific client needs, and lead value-driven conversations with clarity and confidence. Your ability to bridge complex AI capabilities with real-world business challenges will make you a key driver of success across client engagements.
Responsibilities:
- Act as the technical face of the company during client engagements from presales to deployment.
- Understand client pain points and propose real-time AI-based solutions tailored to business needs.
- Deliver product demonstrations and technical deep dives to senior stakeholders.
- Translate business requirements into clear technical implementation plans.
- Collaborate with sales, product, and engineering to close deals and ensure smooth handovers.
- Draft solution architecture and contribute to proposals, RFPs, and technical documentation.
- Travel regularly to GCC for client meetings, workshops, and technical enablement.
What You Need:
- 5+ years of experience in a technology leadership or solution engineering role.
- Hands-on understanding of AI and its business applications.
- Excellent communication and storytelling skills—able to engage both technical and non-technical audiences.
- Experience working with modern cloud platforms and APIs (AWS, GCP, Azure).
- Consulting experience will be an added advantage.
- Willingness to travel frequently to GCC countries.
