Your Role
About the role: We are looking for an analytical and detail oriented Data Intelligence Expert to strengthen our data-driven decision making and optimize business performance. In this role, you will translate data into meaningful insights that support strategic initiatives, improve operational efficiency, and empower teams across the organization to make informed decisions. You’ll work closely with cross-functional stakeholders to ensure data accuracy, build insightful dashboards, and implement scalable BI solutions. 

Responsibilities:
- Support the development and implementation of a comprehensive business intelligence framework aligned with organizational goals.
- Analyze complex data sets to identify trends, insights, and opportunities for process improvement.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to understand data needs and provide analytical solutions.
- Design, develop, and maintain dashboards, reports, and visualizations that guide data-driven decisions.
- Ensure data accuracy, consistency, and security across all analytics and reporting systems.
- Stay current with emerging BI technologies and best practices to enhance analytics capabilities.
- Provide training and support to internal stakeholders on BI tools and data interpretation.
- Present analytical findings and actionable recommendations to management and key business teams. 

What You Need:
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Data Science, Computer Science, or a related field (Master’s preferred).
- 5+ years of experience in business intelligence, analytics, or data visualization.
- Proficiency in BI tools such as Tableau, Power BI, or Qlik.
- Strong analytical, problem solving, and critical thinking abilities.
- Solid understanding of data visualization principles and storytelling with data.
- Excellent communication and presentation skills, especially with non-technical audiences.
- Experience with SQL and data warehousing concepts is a plus.
