We are looking for an experienced Business Analyst to support the successful delivery of projects. The role requires strong analytical, documentation, and stakeholder engagement skills to ensure requirements are captured, processes mapped, and solutions aligned with business needs.

- Gather, validate, and document business requirements through interviews, stakeholder workshops, and research.

- Develop process maps, workflows, and use cases to clearly represent current and future state processes.

- Facilitate discussions with stakeholders to bridge gaps between business needs and technical solutions.

- Collaborate with project managers, developers, and QA teams to ensure requirements are fully understood and delivered.

- Prepare clear, concise, and structured documentation including BRDs, functional specifications, and user guides.

- Conduct impact analysis, gap analysis, and recommend process improvements.

- Leverage domain expertise in water/utilities to ensure industry-specific best practices are incorporated into solutions.

- Support testing, validation, and acceptance of deliverables to meet business objectives.

- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, IT, Engineering, or related field.

- 5+ years of proven experience as a Business Analyst, preferably in water/utilities projects.

- Strong background in requirements gathering, process mapping, and documentation.

- Proven ability to conduct and facilitate stakeholder workshops.

- Excellent verbal and written communication skills with the ability to engage both technical and non-technical audiences.

- Proficiency in tools such as MS Visio, Lucidchart, JIRA, or similar BA tools.

- Knowledge of project management and software development methodologies (Agile/Waterfall).
