Your Role:
We are seeking a detail-oriented QA Tester to ensure the quality and reliability of enterprise applications. The role involves manual and regression testing, performance testing, and integration with CI/CD pipelines, along with effective defect tracking and reporting.
Responsibilities:
- Plan, design, and execute manual test cases for functional, regression, and integration testing.
- Conduct performance and load testing to validate scalability and system reliability.
- Collaborate with developers and DevOps teams to integrate testing into CI/CD pipelines.
- Identify, document, and track software defects using Jira or similar bug-tracking tools.
- Prepare and maintain test documentation including test plans, cases, and execution reports.
- Participate in requirement reviews to ensure test coverage and clarity.
- Provide timely feedback on product quality and recommend improvements.
What You Need:
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or related field.
- 4–7 years of professional experience in software quality assurance.
- Strong knowledge of manual testing and regression testing techniques.
- Experience with performance testing tools (e.g., JMeter, LoadRunner).
- Familiarity with CI/CD pipelines (Jenkins, GitHub Actions, Azure DevOps, etc.).
- Proficiency in bug tracking and test management tools (Jira, TestRail, etc.).
- Excellent attention to detail, problem-solving, and communication skills.
