We are seeking an accomplished Cybersecurity Expert with extensive experience in securing enterprise IT environments, conducting security audits, penetration testing, vulnerability management, and SOC operations. The ideal candidate will have deep knowledge of ISO 27001, compliance frameworks, and risk analysis, along with proven expertise in leading incident response efforts.

- Lead and conduct security audits, risk assessments, and vulnerability scans across enterprise systems.

- Implement and maintain compliance with ISO 27001 and other relevant security standards/regulations.

- Perform and oversee penetration testing and ethical hacking to identify and remediate security gaps.

- Develop and enforce security policies, procedures, and guidelines.

- Manage and respond to security incidents with rapid containment and root cause analysis.

- Oversee SOC operations ensuring effective monitoring, detection, and response to threats.

- Establish and drive a comprehensive vulnerability management program.

- Collaborate with stakeholders to ensure compliance and risk management strategies are aligned with business objectives.

- Provide training and mentorship to IT and security teams to enhance organizational security posture.

- Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Cybersecurity, Computer Science, or related field.

- 10+ years of professional experience in cybersecurity roles.

- Proven expertise in ISO 27001 implementation, audits, and compliance frameworks.

- Strong hands-on experience with penetration testing, incident response, and SOC operations.

- Solid knowledge of risk assessment, threat modeling, and vulnerability management tools.

- Familiarity with SIEM solutions (Splunk, QRadar, ELK, etc.).

- Relevant certifications such as CISSP, CISM, CEH, OSCP, ISO 27001 Lead Auditor/Implementer are highly desirable.

- Strong leadership, analytical, and communication skills.
