Your Role
We’re looking for an experienced ecommerce analytics professional who has helped build and scale data-driven growth engines in digital-first environments. In this role, you’ll help set up and run a Marketing & Ecommerce Analytics POD an intelligence function that unifies data, improves reporting, and supports faster decision-making.
Your focus will be on transforming disconnected data into actionable insights, reducing manual reporting, and enabling revenue-focused analytics across teams.
Responsibilities:
Business & Performance Analytics
- Support the development of an ecommerce analytics strategy tied to revenue, conversion, and ROI goals.
- Translate commercial objectives into clear reporting and measurement plans.
-Build performance narratives that connect marketing activity and site behavior to business impact.
- Participate in business reviews with marketing, product, and finance teams using data-based insights.
2. POD Setup & Execution
- Contribute to designing and running a cross-functional POD that includes tagging, data engineering, analytics, and reporting.
- Help maintain frameworks for roadmaps, backlog tracking, and stakeholder collaboration.
- Standardize KPI definitions and reporting cadences across channels (search, ads, UX, CRM, site).
- Support automation initiatives to cut reporting and analysis time.
3. Data Infrastructure & Integration
- Work with tools like GA4, GTM, BigQuery/Snowflake, Looker Studio, and ads platforms to build reliable data flows.
- Contribute to tagging, attribution setup, and accuracy improvements across core events.
- Assist in building data pipelines across ecommerce platforms (Shopify/Magento), Ads, GSC, CRM, and search tools.
- Help maintain data quality and scalability across systems.
4. Insights & Decision Support
- Prepare regular reports on revenue trends, traffic performance, and marketing efficiency.
- Provide insights that inform UX, pricing, and merchandising decisions.
- Support predictive analytics efforts for forecasting, cohorts, and retention behavior.
- Enable faster decisions by making insights accessible across teams.
What You Need:
- 5–10 years of experience in ecommerce analytics, digital marketing analytics, or growth operations.
- Hands-on experience contributing to or supporting analytics frameworks and attribution setups.
- Strong working knowledge of GA4, GTM, BigQuery/Snowflake, Looker Studio, and ecommerce platforms (Magento, Shopify, BigCommerce).
- Able to translate data into practical insights for non-technical teams.
- Comfortable working cross-functionally with engineering, marketing, UX, and product teams.
