Summary
As a Tier 1 CS Member Rep for Two Keys Property Management, a subsidiary of PadSplit, you are a detail-oriented, hard-working, problem solver with an optimistic attitude, that can easily (and happily) wear many hats. You are able to uphold our company’s principles and values while adding to our unique culture. As a member of our Customer Service Team, you will work with a dynamic team of agents and be responsible for providing five-star Customer Support to PadSplit members under Two Keys management.
You Will:
- Customer Support concerning move-in, maintenance issues, transfers, and terminations/move-outs.
- Respond to customer inquiries via phone, maintenance ticket board, and email promptly and empathetically.
- Coordinate member issues with PadSplit CX, Two Keys Owner CS and Two Keys Director of Operations.
- Become fluent in PadSplit web products, policies, and procedures to best solve customer issues.
- Conduct member outreach to help improve the member experience.
- Work with our Members to develop a culture of accountability, mutual respect, and doing the right thing.
- Solve problems--every house is a unique challenge!
You Have:
- 3-5 years of client management experience.
- 3-5 years of high-volume customer service experience.
- Strong analytical skills.
- Knowledge in preparation of budgets/financial statements/financial reports.
- Ability to multitask.
Preferred Qualifications:
- Has experience in Real Estate
- Has experience in E-Commerce
- Has experience in Asset Management
